Emerson’s Power Transmission Solutions, Sealmaster Bearings Business Unit located in Maysville Kentucky honors a local hero. Army Spc. Christopher S. Wright paid The Ultimate Sacrifice for our freedom on August 19th 2010 in Pech Afghanistan from wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using small arms.
Christopher was from Tollesboro Kentucky a small community up the river from Maysville.
Scott Alles manufacturing engineer at Emerson was touched by the announcement of Christopher’s death and wanted to honor this local hero. Scott rallied some of his co-workers and these Great Americans fully funded a framed Defender Print for the family.
Many of the Emerson employees know the family and will make a special visit to deliver the framed Defender Print.
